B2.2 - Group B

Course Description:

B2.2 will cover chapters 4-6 of the Sicher! B2 book. 

Learn in a fun environment that focuses on communication and teaches important language skills for everyday life and contemporary professional aspects. 

 

If you are unsure of your level, please take a placement test.

 

Course Objectives:

At the end of B2.2, participants can understand the main content of complex texts on concrete and abstract topics. They will be able to communicate more spontaneously and fluently so that a normal conversation with native speakers is possible without major effort on either side.   

 

Meeting Times:

This is an online class that meets for 12 weeks on Tuesday nights from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Additionally, the instructor will offer a weekly "office hour" (30 min) for homework questions and review.

Participants will receive the Zoom Link and an invitation to their Google Classroom 48 hours before the first session.

 

Textbook:

Sicher! B2 (textbook and coursebook) - $65

You can add the textbook to your order at checkout. Books will be ready for pickup at the GAI (301 Summit Ave, MN 55102) a week before classes begin. You will receive an email with pickup instructions. If you would like to get your book in the mail, please add shipping to your order (a $10 fee applies).

 

Minimum Enrollment:

If there are too few students registered to run a class section, the Director of Language Education will contact the student(s) in the week prior to the term’s start date to discuss other class options.
