B2/C1 Oberstufe Kulturkurs

Course Description:

B2/C1 Oberstufe Kulturkurs (Advanced) - For students who have completed at least one class at the B2 level. This class focuses on communication with the objective to improve learners’ German in daily life.

Aktuelle Ereignisse in Deutschland und der Welt unter die Lupe genommen und auf den Zahn gefühlt in unserem Kulturkurs für Fortgeschrittene. Durch Themen wie Migration, deutsch-amerikanische Verhältnisse und Kafka wird der Kurs aktiv von den Teilnehmenden mitgestaltet. 

Meeting Times:

This is a hybrid class that meets for 12 weeks on Monday nights from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Four meetings will take place at the GAI (301 Summit Ave) - the first week, two classes mid-semester and the last week. All other sessions will be held via Zoom. 

Participants will receive the Zoom Link and an invitation to their Google Classroom 48 hours before the first session.

If there are too few students registered to run a class section, the Director of Language Education will contact the student(s) in the week prior to the term’s start date to discuss other class options.
