A1/A2 Die Legende des Piraten Störtebeker

Set sail on a light, summery language adventure! This four-week A1 class meets Tuesday mornings for 90 minutes of easygoing learning inspired by the legend of Klaus Störtebeker—the famous pirate of the North Sea.

Who is it for?
This course is for learners working at the A1/A2 level who want to build confidence with reading and basic grammar in a relaxed, engaging way. You don’t need to be perfect—just comfortable with simple sentences and ready to explore a story together.

What can you expect?
We’ll read an A1-level book about Störtebeker and dive into the world of pirates, ships, and seaside cities connected to the Hanseatic League. Each 90-minute session blends short readings, guided practice, light grammar work, and interactive activities. Expect storytelling, small discussions, and a playful, low-pressure atmosphere—more summer breeze than classroom stress.

Meeting Time:

This is an in-person class that meets on Tuesday mornings from 10am - 11:30 am at the GAI (301 Summit Ave).
