Course Description:
This B2/C1 Oberstufe Kulturkurs (Advanced) is for students who have completed at least one class at the B2 level. This class focuses on communication with the objective to improve learners’ German in real world situations.
Aktuelle Ereignisse in Deutschland und der Welt unter die Lupe genommen und auf den Zahn gefühlt in unserem Kulturkurs für Fortgeschrittene. Durch Themen wie Migration, deutsch-amerikanische Verhältnisse und Kafka wird der Kurs aktiv von den Teilnehmenden mitgestaltet.
Meeting Times & Location:
This is a hybrid class that meets for 12 weeks on Monday nights from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Four out of the 12 sessions will take place onsite at the Germanic-American Institute:
Participants will receive a Welcome Email, Zoom link, and an invitation to GoogleClassroom 48 hours before the start of the course.
Textbook:
No textbook required; course instructor will provide materials for this course.
Minimum Enrollment:
If there are too few students registered to run a class section, the Director of Language Education will contact the student(s) in the week prior to the term’s start date to discuss other class options.
