Course Description:
B1+ is a review class for students who have completed B1.3. There are no completely new structures for the learners. Students will review all grammar structures they have learned in B1.1, B1.2 and B1.3. Please note: while it is possible to move from B1.3 to B2.1, the vast majority of learners benefits from taking at least one review class before moving up to B2.
Learn in a fun environment that focuses on communication and teaches important language skills for everyday life and contemporary professional aspects.

Course Objectives:
At the end of B1+ students can express themselves coherently and talk about themselves and familiar topics or areas of personal interest. They can describe their hopes and wishes and talk about past experiences. They can follow conversations when the focus is on familiar topics and when standard German is spoken.
Course Dates, Times & Location:
This is an in-person that meets for 12 weeks on Tuesday evenings from 6:30pm to 8:30pm once a week. Additionally, the instructor will offer a weekly "office hour" (30 min) for homework questions and review. The course instructor will decide on a day/time to offer the 30-minute office hour and communicate day/time of week with all registered course participant

Minimum Enrollment:
If there are too few students registered to run a class section, the Director of Language Education will contact the student(s) in the week prior to the term’s start date to discuss other class options.
